Celebrating International Workers' Day

  This year's celebration of International Workers' Day holds special significance. It marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the 100th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement, and the 30th anniversary of Riyue's establishment. It has entered its 40th year, with continuous emergence of good people and good deeds. March 8th Red Flag Award winners: Zhu Qingmei, Gu Zhaolin, Li Wenting, Cao Qunfang, Cui Sufang, Chen Wenfang, Song Liping; May 1st Labor Model Award winners: Liu Changshan, Huang Xianfu, Huang Dong, Xuan Zhizhi, Wang Dechun. The names of these individuals will forever be inscribed in the annals of Riyue's history. Their achievements, forged through their actions, represent an honor that cannot be bought with money. Comrade Liu Changshan is a veteran of Riyue, having made outstanding contributions to its development. His dedication and commitment to Riyue's cause are widely acclaimed; he sometimes operates two milling machines at once. Comrade Huang Xianfu's self-sacrificing spirit is a model for Riyue employees. He has worked in various processes, including grinding, cleaning, powder coating, numerical control, machining centers, and milling machines, always going where he is needed, a versatile individual without conditions. Their stories tell us:

  1. Actions speak louder than words. Achievements and honors are earned through hard work, and a happy life is achieved through struggle. To carry on the Riyue culture and spirit, we must rely on those Riyue employees who understand and cherish the Riyue culture and spirit to teach by example. Riyue's purpose (Riyue's Path, Volume 2, page 11, Riyue Outline): To serve users, contribute to society, and benefit employees. Staying true to our original aspirations, we must persevere. This is something we must work towards. The current domestic and international situation is unpredictable. Survival is the most important thing. Having work is a great situation, and having overtime is a blessing! Don't complain about overtime; when there's no overtime, you might be unemployed. Don't take blessings for granted. Don't let negative emotions drain your positive energy. Don't be discouraged, don't complain, don't make excuses, and resolutely complete tasks. What I want to do is make everyone understand that we are a team, like a sports team, cooperating to win or lose. Once everyone understands this and believes we can win, our cause will succeed.

  2. Riyue employees should cherish the Riyue platform. Just as a drop of water can only remain undried by merging into the ocean, Riyue people can only be most powerful by integrating themselves with the collective

  cause of Riyue.

  Becoming a good employee depends on one's own efforts and the organization's cultivation. By obeying and relying on the organization, individuals will have better development opportunities. Conversely,

  those who are detached from or above the organization will be like water without a source, ultimately going astray.

  3. Riyue employees should maintain the correct position and mindset. Their primary responsibility is to work for Riyue. They should consciously identify with Riyue ideologically, obey Riyue in their work, believe in Riyue emotionally, and consciously accept the company's arrangements and disciplinary constraints, consciously maintaining the company's unity. Focus on the main business, serving sales, production, and users. Catching mice is what makes a good cat! Riyue's hope lies in its employees. Riyue employees must uphold great morality, strict personal morality, and public morality, and shoulder the responsibilities of the times. We must resolutely overcome the tendency to prioritize self-interest in every situation, always feeling wronged, and easily getting emotional and bargaining.

  4. Today's market marketing is not merely about serving users; it's about how to defend, attack, maneuver, and engage in guerrilla warfare against competitors.

  Innovation attracts users. Good products speak for themselves. Find areas where users are dissatisfied; only where there is dissatisfaction is there room for change and great opportunity.

  No matter how arduous the road ahead, the overall transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry is irreversible and imperative. If manufacturing enterprises want to avoid being overwhelmed by current difficulties, not lose long-term development opportunities, and escape dire circumstances, they must resolutely embark on the path of innovation and transformation. Cultivating technological advantages and R&D team advantages is crucial. Only when Riyue truly has strength will users truly love Riyue products, and Riyue people will truly have confidence!

  We can use the innovative thinking and actions of pioneering innovators as role models, and their innovative products as demonstrations. We can follow in the footsteps of pioneers, fully absorbing the experiences and lessons of successful pioneers. Through introduction, purchase, or technological decryption, we can absorb and master the core technologies of pioneering innovations and, on this basis, improve and perfect pioneering innovations, further developing and producing competitive products.

  5. The culture, quality, and spirit of Riyue employees are a reflection of the company's leadership. In the increasingly fierce market competition, leaders should possess comprehensive qualities to manage the overall situation when facing the market and employees. First, they must have ambitious goals, striving for excellence; they must have unwavering will, able to persevere in the face of setbacks; they must have the ability to learn, not just the desire, but the ability to keep up with the times. Learning ability itself is also a matter of one's mind, achieving a smooth flow, emanating from the heart, expressing emotion sincerely, acting truthfully, openly and honestly, practically, effortlessly, and calmly under pressure.

  Leaders must integrate the Riyue culture and spirit into the work concepts and daily behavior of every Riyue employee. This is the soul of Riyue. If this soul remains strong and evergreen, Riyue will always exist. We must keep pace with the times, remain user-centric, provide users with high-quality products, value those who work hard, and value those who are dedicated to Riyue's cause.

  6. The world has changed, the industry has changed, and user expectations and habits have changed. The ability to adapt to survive must be mastered. The Earth has experienced several major mass extinctions. The animals that survived were not the largest or most ferocious, but those that could adapt to change. The law of survival in this world is survival of the fittest, not survival of the strongest.

  No matter how successful a company was in the past, if it does not possess the gene for continuous innovation and lacks a sense of awe and fear for the future, it will inevitably be buried in the dust of history.

  The country is currently calling for tightening belts and hard work. We should be even more frugal and work hard to overcome difficulties. Adversity is a touchstone for testing the maturity of a company. Learn to feel optimistic in adversity and experience hardship in prosperity, mastering the ability to adapt and survive, responding to change with change.

  1. Running a business is a marathon, a long-distance race, not a sprint. It's about endurance, not just speed. Therefore, Riyue must maintain its development speed, not follow the trend. Steady development is always paramount. Fast doesn't equal good, and big doesn't equal strong. Technological and capital accumulation require time. When it's time to be steady, be steady. Being hasty will lead to losses. Continuous accumulation is more important than anything else.

  Never be opportunistic or superficial; a good facade is not enough if the substance is lacking.

  Never start something without finishing it.

  Never shirk responsibility or neglect existing issues.

  Never be timid or afraid to tackle difficult problems.

  Never be passive, indifferent, or neglectful.

  Never be sluggish or inefficient in your work.

  Never disobey orders or ignore prohibitions.

  2. The sustainable development of Riyue depends on people. We must break with convention to discover, select, and cultivate outstanding talent. We must prioritize ideological and moral education, do it well, and never relax. We must be good at learning, for only through persistent learning can we enrich ourselves. We must be diligent and frugal, pragmatic, upright, honest in our words and deeds, and honest people.

  3. Rewarding one person, if done properly, can inspire a hundred; punishing one person, if done properly, can serve as a warning to a hundred. Otherwise, unfairness or inappropriateness can easily backfire.

  Once, while hunting, Napoleon saw a boy fall into the water, struggling and shouting for help.

  The river wasn't wide. Instead of jumping in to save him, Napoleon raised his hunting rifle, pointed it at the boy, and shouted, "If you don't get yourself out, I'll shoot you dead in the water."

  Seeing that his pleas were useless, and that he faced even greater danger, the boy struggled even harder and finally swam to shore.

  【Inspiration】

  For employees who lack self-discipline, simply providing a good working environment and helping them may not make them appreciate the importance of rewards; sometimes, the threat of punishment is also necessary.

  Occasionally using your authority to threaten them can curb their passive and listless attitudes and inspire them to reach their full potential. Even self-disciplined employees can experience satisfaction, stagnation, and depression, and may become dependent. Appropriate criticism and punishment can help them recognize themselves and reignite their work enthusiasm.

  4. Sales success is not just about how many products you sell, but about how many customers you retain. Maintaining long-term business relationships with customers is crucial.

  5. Meetings are meaningful. The key is how to conduct them: first, fewer meetings; second, concise meetings; third, effective meetings. Mastering these three points will make meetings meaningful and valuable.

  6. The key to improving team execution lies with managers, who must ensure clear goals, feasible methods, reasonable processes, effective incentives, and efficient assessments.

  Be good at listening to different opinions, uphold the truth, correct mistakes, be down-to-earth, and shoulder responsibilities.
