  Warm congratulations to Zhu Qingmei, Gu Zhaolin, Li Wenting, Cao Qunfang, Cui Sufang, Chen Wenfang, and Song Liping on receiving the honorary title of March 8th Red Flag Bearer. Through you, we wish everyone a happy holiday! This March 8th Red Flag Bearer title is an honor, an honor that cannot be bought with money. The March 8th Red Flag Bearers should cherish their honor, forge ahead, and do even better! All employees should unconditionally learn from the March 8th Red Flag Bearers, putting it into practice, pushing the comparison, learning, catching up with, and surpassing advanced individuals to a new high. We must strive hard, practice thrift, prioritize stability, seek progress amidst stability, promote stability through progress, and ensure that we have the confidence to overcome difficulties and win the battle to turn losses into profits.

  1. Leading cadres should continuously improve their leadership, planning, judgment, decision-making, promotion, and implementation capabilities and levels, standardize the execution of national laws, regulations, and company rules and regulations, follow scientific and democratic principles, and absolutely must not allow the authority and credibility of decision-making to be damaged.

  Chen Wenfang: Ranked first in attendance in February

  Song Liping: 134 hours of night shift work over two months

  Cui Sufang: Ranked first in attendance in January

  Zhu Qingmei: 3977 hours of attendance in 2018. In her busy work, she is meticulous, organized, and hardworking. She treats the second factory as her home, constantly making small improvements to improve work efficiency and ensure product quality and deadlines. She is a core member of the team and has strong teamwork skills.

  Gu Zhaolin: 3109 hours of attendance throughout the year. In her work in the powder coating surface treatment process, she has handled tens of thousands of parts throughout the year. She never complains about overtime and is hardworking and dedicated. She is serious and responsible in her work, proactive, obedient to overall arrangements, dedicated to her work, willing to help others, and gets along well with her colleagues.

  Li Wenting: During her time as a process engineer at the No. 3 Instrument Factory, she has always worked with the principle of working for the company's development. She often works overtime on projects. In 2018, she worked overtime for 125 hours, averaging 10 hours per month. However, within these 10 hours, she efficiently completed her tasks. This is not only a responsibility but also a work method. A project from beginning to end is completely immersed in tedious and repetitive testing... She has always maintained a meticulous and practical style, tenacious perseverance, and has provided strong support for the production of the weighing department of the No. 3 Instrument Factory.

  Cao Qunfang: From an ordinary employee to a team leader, she officially joined the R&D Institute of Riyue Technology Co., Ltd. in 2010. Since 2013, she has served as the team leader of the No. 3 Instrument Factory's assembly team. She leads the entire team to work hard, unite and strive forward. Under her leadership, everyone works together with selfless dedication, good professional ethics, and a pragmatic work style, making indelible contributions to the growth and development of the company.
