Our leading cadres, especially some middle-level cadres, need to strengthen the study, cultivation, and assessment of their ideological and moral character! A leading cadre must be able to "lead," "guide," and "work."
Able to lead. To forge iron, one must first be strong oneself. A leading cadre must have strong ideological and moral qualities, strong professional abilities, and strong management abilities in order to lead his team to overcome difficulties and forge ahead; he must also have a sense of urgency, a lofty vision, a sense of the overall situation, and a sense of alignment in order to lead his team to strategize and win decisive victories; he must also be self-respecting, self-confident, self-reliant, independent, self-loving, self-reflective, and self-disciplined in order to lead his team uprightly and cleanly; and he must strictly enforce discipline and investigate violations in order to lead his team to abide by discipline, maintain strict discipline, and forge a formidable force.
Able to guide. A train runs fast because of its engine. A leading cadre must be a good guide, teacher, and leader for his employees. He must establish correct views on life, the world, and values. He must establish justice, righteousness, and positive energy for the team, do a good job in the ideological work of the team members, encourage the team to move forward, upward, toward goodness, and toward the better, inspire the potential of team members, and improve the overall enthusiasm of the team. He must inherit the culture, spirit, technology, craftsmanship, and systems of Riyue, playing a role in "uniting hearts and minds."
Able to work. The new era is created through hard work. A leading cadre must think, work, and share joys and sorrows with his team members, sharing honor and disgrace. As stated in the director's article, "Concentrate superior forces to fight annihilation battles, be pragmatic, refined, and efficient, mobilize the company's human resources to overcome difficulties, and when necessary, the cadre group will step up. Middle-level cadres are both commanders and fighters, working before and after hours…"
Strive in the new era, set sail again. We believe that the leading cadres of Riyue have the confidence and ability to lead, guide, and work well with the team!
