In the blink of an eye, September 28th has arrived again, marking another anniversary. I remember last year at this time, we all gathered together, sharing our thoughts freely. Today, we are once again together for a summary, mutual encouragement, and to move forward together.
More than thirty years have passed in a flash. The company has grown from nothing to something, from small to large, from weak to strong. The achievements of the company are undeniable, but we cannot be complacent. We must admit that we are still weak and have many problems. As a salesperson and a veteran employee, I can see the prominent problems facing the company, especially the difficulties in collecting funds, the problem of inventory buildup of old products, and the unsatisfactory results of market expansion. These are all issues that we urgently need to address. Sales are the engine; if sales cannot expand, how can the company develop? It can only rely on past achievements, and ultimately, the company will perish. As the saying goes, "increase revenue and reduce expenditure." Therefore, we must unify our thinking, unite as one, and tackle the problem of the company's sustainable development from both increasing revenue and reducing expenditure. For the development of the company and for our own well-being, we must each perform our duties, take responsibility, roll up our sleeves and work hard, and use our sweat to create a better life for ourselves.
