I am very happy to gather with you all today to celebrate the 31st anniversary of our Riyue Technology. As a member of the company, I feel incredibly proud. It also coincides with the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. Here, I sincerely wish our motherland prosperity and strength, and wish Riyue Technology a bright future and continued success.
Recalling my precious years joining Riyue, I can't help but feel a lot of emotion. I have personally experienced the company's vigorous development and witnessed the dedication of our senior colleagues, who are also my mentors, working tirelessly at the oilfield. Their hard work and perseverance have taught me a profound lesson, benefiting me greatly in my future work. Now, I think it's more appropriate to call Riyue our big family—a family composed of leaders and employees. As members of this big family, we should fully demonstrate the spirit of being the masters of our own house, carefully nurturing this family. In our work, we should strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations, be strict with ourselves, and wholeheartedly work for the company's development, just like the Riyue oath: "Riyue is our home; we contribute to Riyue's growth."
Although our company has been developing, the path has been bumpy, especially in recent years, with increasingly fierce competition. Often, a small project will attract nearly 10 manufacturers and companies competing fiercely, ultimately vying for the lowest price. The rising costs of components are reducing product competitiveness and causing us to lose some market share. Low market prices coupled with high product costs are shrinking profit margins. In this situation, survival is key. I hope that all of us here and all Riyue employees will work harder than before, improve production efficiency, shorten production cycles, deliver and collect payments as soon as possible, and keep the blood of Riyue circulating.
Previously, we missed great opportunities, and the road ahead has been difficult. We hope to make up for it through our team's efforts. Opportunities in the oilfield market are rare. Since the second half of this year, the market has been more active, and the next few months will bring many opportunities. We oilfield people must seize these opportunities and be well-prepared. We can't let opportunities slip away again.
Once again, I wish our Riyue a brighter tomorrow and a happy life for all Riyue people.
