Celebrating the 98th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China

July 1, 2019, marks the 98th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. The solemn commemoration of this day serves as a reminder to remain true to our original aspirations, shoulder our responsibilities, and continue the great journey of China's progress, from "standing up" to "becoming prosperous" and striving towards "becoming strong." Specifically, how do we carry out the mission day by day, and withstand the test of history?
Success doesn't come easily. We, as a manufacturing enterprise, must always remember that production is paramount. Only by shipping products and receiving payments can we survive. This is the fundamental truth, the starting point and destination of all decisions and actions. We cannot simply talk about production without actually focusing on it, leaving things unattended, resulting in unshipped goods and unresolved issues—this is a fatal danger! Everyone should know: Who am I? Who do I rely on? Who am I working for? Given our current responsibilities and the risks we face, seeking truth and being pragmatic is the only correct choice! Formalism and dogmatism will not yield results!
In the face of the overall situation, some deserve praise, while others deserve criticism. For example, Li Xin, Zhang Yan, and Yao Qibiao from Factory 3 worked until 6:30 PM on Saturday, June 29th, to ensure the shipment of products to a certain oil field. This is commendable, and all employees should learn from them; however, some people, knowing the urgency of the task, chose to take detours... Everyone sees and remembers this, a silent criticism more powerful than any verbal reprimand!
This year, I have written several articles: "New Year's Day Address: Striving in the New Era"; "Spring Festival Message: A Happy Life is Achieved Through Struggle"; "Celebrating International Women's Day: Learning from Role Models"; "Celebrating International Workers' Day: Actions Speak Louder Than Words." For the Dragon Boat Festival, the article "The Most Important Thing is to Do Your Own Job Well" is attached as a supplement to the article "Celebrating July 1st: Seeking Truth and Being Pragmatic." Let's study them carefully, thoroughly, and deeply, learning from them with faith, loyalty, responsibility, and skill, and with deep affection for our cause!
Practice is the sole criterion for testing truth. Let us all withstand the test of practice and pass the examination of practice.
