  1. The current international and domestic economic situation is unpredictable. Our most important task is to do what we can. Entrepreneurship is difficult, but perseverance leads to success. We must insist on independent technological innovation. The path of development is never smooth sailing. The key is to maintain our spirits, take charge of our own destiny, seize opportunities, meet challenges, and overcome all difficulties and obstacles. Advanced technologies and key technologies cannot be begged for or bought; ultimately, we must immerse ourselves and patiently overcome them. For the past thirty years, low-level errors in production have persisted, corrective measures are lacking, boastful practices are rampant, the pursuit of quick success and instant benefits is rampant, and a frivolous atmosphere prevails... Users report that our product's out-of-box pass rate is only 60%. All departments must pay attention to this, improve processes, enforce discipline, and deliver high-quality products to our users.

  2. Adhere to a steady and progressive work approach, maintain overall stability, uphold hard work, and prioritize dedication and professionalism. Enhance the sense of achievement, happiness, and security of our employees, attract talent, and retain talent.

  3. Our employees are the creators of our success. All achievements are attributed to our employees, and all glory belongs to our employees. To overcome the risks and challenges ahead, we must rely on our employees. As the saying goes, "The flight of a large bird is not due to the lightness of a single feather; the speed of a swift horse is not due to the strength of a single leg." For our company to soar and advance rapidly, we must gather and inspire the tremendous strength of all our employees.

  4. A company cannot exist without a soul. Our company culture is our soul. We must uphold our company culture, showcase the spirit of our people, and interpret our company's spirit, values, and strength. All levels of leadership must assume the important responsibility of inspiring thought, cultivating character, and nurturing the soul. This will give our company cohesion.

  During the Liberation War, a senior Kuomintang officer, after meeting with Peng Dehuai, decided to defect and join the Communist Party. He said with emotion, "I'm not afraid of fighting or dying, but I am afraid of the heartfelt words of the Communists." This shows how important ideological work is, and how important it is to have heart-to-heart talks with employees! Some of our talented people leave without anyone having a heart-to-heart talk with them or doing ideological work...

  All levels of leadership must continuously improve their own qualities and abilities, and play a leading role in all aspects, living up to expectations and fulfilling their mission. We must broadly build consensus, continuously enhance unity, gather the wisdom and strength of all employees, and do our work well! Unity leads to success, division leads to ruin; we cannot allow unrest among our people.

  5. Learn from history, be guided by history, and have confidence in our path, our system, and our culture. Carefully summarize the successful experiences of our company's thirty years of development, and guide our employees to unify the establishment of lofty ideals with down-to-earth work. Create a good environment where those with aspirations can strive without regret. Those who are self-reliant will succeed, and those who conquer themselves will be strong.

  6. We must be practical in our planning, starting from reality when planning our business and work. Ideas, policies, and plans must be realistic, conform to objective laws, and be scientifically sound. We cannot engage in empty rhetoric or impractical schemes that are detached from reality. Fire prevention, theft prevention, and accident prevention are everyone's responsibility, and we must ensure that nothing goes wrong!

  7. Establish a system for requests and reports. Some people, knowing there is a problem, not only do not resist or report it, but instead exacerbate it. Some falsify information, deceive superiors and conceal facts, or only report achievements without reporting problems and shortcomings; some act arbitrarily, deceive others, cut corners, make choices, and bend the rules...

  8. A hopeful company cannot be without heroes, and a promising company cannot be without pioneers. Labor models and March 8th Red Banner holders are the heroes and pioneers of our company. Let the spirit of heroism and pioneering work endure, uphold correct values, respect heroes and pioneers, and inspire the spirit of heroism and pioneering work. This will surely gather an invincible force for progress, enabling our company to sail far.

  9. Book knowledge alone is insufficient; true understanding comes from practice. We should not work in isolation or engage in empty theorizing. In tackling work, achieving results, and undertaking projects, the key is to act practically. Some people like to show off, holding mobilization meetings and signing responsibility statements for both big and small matters, but few people follow up on the actual work results. Essentially, this is a lack of responsibility and inaction, resulting in problems being solved on paper while actual work remains stagnant.

  10. Overcome various forms of dogmatism and formalism. Small companies should not suffer from the diseases of large companies; we must streamline our operations. Diligence every day, no matter how long the journey; consistent effort, no matter how many tasks. Success does not depend on the size of one's strength, but on how long one can persevere, and even more so on whether one can persevere to the end.

  Some people want to achieve success overnight and realize their dreams quickly. They do not speak properly, do not discuss matters properly, and when encountering problems, they become impatient and angry. They prioritize their own interests, putting themselves at the center, obscuring priorities, seeking glory but avoiding difficulties...

  On life's journey, we will always encounter setbacks. Without patience and perseverance, it is difficult to succeed. Patience creates the beauty of success and the beauty of the process. Calmness leads to peace, peace leads to consideration, and consideration leads to success.

  Patience creates the beauty of will, testing one's perseverance and determination. From ancient times to the present, whether it is the dripping water wearing away the stone, the iron rod being ground into a needle, the foolish old man moving mountains, or Jingwei filling the sea, the difficulty lies in patience, the value lies in patience, and success lies in patience. Many things we do often require meticulous work and craftsmanship; without patience, these are impossible.

  A good life requires slow cooking and a steady flow. Less utilitarianism, more detachment; less anxiety, more calmness; fewer distractions, more purity; less noise, more tranquility. Only in this way can we maintain patience and achieve the beauty of life.

  10. Strengthen our organizational system, improving organizational structure, entities, and systems.

  As we all know, a building requires careful design, meticulous construction, and careful maintenance to be comfortable and long-lasting. Our organizational system also requires the collective care of all employees. Each employee must understand this responsibility. When thinking and working, they must have a system and principles in mind, and they cannot simply discard or change them arbitrarily for convenience, causing invisible harm to our system.

  Entering a new era and embarking on a new journey, we must pay more attention to the construction of our organizational system, bringing together our employees and talent to achieve our grand goals, contribute to society, and benefit our employees.

  12. We must have strong strategic resolve and consciously correct erroneous concepts and practices that exceed the current stage. Most importantly, we must concentrate on doing our own thing well, creating an environment where Riyue becomes an organized, vibrant enterprise, where employees strive to achieve their aspirations, whether those aspirations represent a bigger house or the comfortable life of their families. This is the source of Riyue's resilience. We will continuously strengthen our comprehensive strength, continuously improve and enhance the lives of our employees, and continuously lay a more solid foundation for winning the initiative, winning the advantage, and winning the future.
