1. System Composition

  • Indicator:   Generally consists of a load sensor, a displacement sensor ( or a combined load and displacement sensor ) , an industrial control computer, an LCD display, and a wireless module. It is a specialized metering instrument used in the oilfield to measure the efficiency of pumping units.
  • Liquid Level Gauge: Generally consists of a wellhead connector, an industrial control computer, an LCD display, and a dual-channel signal processing module. It is a specialized metering instrument used in the oilfield to measure the distance from the wellhead to the liquid level in the annular space between the tubing and casing when the pumping unit is operating stably.
  • Currently, our company produces SM40YBC-20 instruments that are compatible with both "indicator" and "liquid level gauge" functions, and are equipped with SMJ07 wellhead connectors, SMD33WX, SMD35WX, SMD38WX, SM4 and other load and displacement sensors, forming a comprehensive testing instrument for oilfields. It has been used in many oilfields in China and is a basic instrument for oil well diagnosis.

3. Functional Characteristics

Wireless power curve acquisition, suitable for oil wells with different strokes; original imported military-grade industrial computer, modular design, hanging structure, fully sealed keyboard, suitable for field work; simple and practical testing, can store more than 1000 well power curve data; continuous operation time up to 10 hours.

Wired dynamic liquid level acquisition, compatible with multiple wellhead connectors to meet different well conditions; dynamic liquid level acquisition waveform is clear, repeatability is stable, and testing accuracy is high.
