1. System Overview

  A liquid filling machine is a highly automated packaging equipment, whose main function is to automatically fill materials to a predetermined weight. During the filling process, the liquid filling machine can avoid material overflow and prevent the material itself from polluting the environment, thereby effectively protecting the operators.   System functions:

  (1) System settings: Change station name, add inventory;

  (2) Weighing group setting is to select the machine number of the corresponding electronic filling scale as the object of the communication base station call; a maximum of 32 electronic filling scales can be cyclically called by one base station;

  (3) Permission function setting is the permission set by the system administrator for operators or administrators. After adding an operator, the operator's permissions are set here. The operator uses their own name and password to enter these three systems and has the permissions for these operations. If not selected, the operator cannot enter this operation after entering the system;

  (4) Operator maintenance: sets the basic information of the operator, such as: employee number, name, telephone number, password, etc.;

  (5) User-defined common data. The number of digits in the serial number refers to the number of digits in the serial number when billing: current date + number of digits;

  (6) Filling record query is based on each record within the query time period, and can be queried according to machine number, employee number, customer code, filling mode, target quantity, etc.;

  (7) Monthly report query is a monthly statistical report of system billing records. Select the year, month, and product name, and click "Query" to query the total monthly statistics generated by the system billing for the corresponding month;

  (8) Data deletion deletes filling records within the specified start and end time period;
