Time flies, and in the blink of an eye, I've become a senior employee of the company. I've been working at Riyue for 11 years. Over the past decade, I've felt that Riyue is a warm family, an upright and positive energy-filled enterprise. The company treats everyone equally, and I feel very fortunate to have grown up in such an environment.
In my future work, I will be more dedicated, no matter how big or small the task. I will ask more questions, think more deeply, and learn to consider issues from three perspectives: the company's perspective, the other party's position, and the root cause of the matter. What I produce must first be worthy of myself. I will treat people with sincerity, be the best version of myself, and inspire others to grow together with Riyue.
