  Wu Hongjun: I am very happy to celebrate our company's 30th birthday with everyone today.

  A nine-story tower begins with a single layer of earth; a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Thirty years is not a short time, it is full of emotion. We come from different places and have experienced the ups and downs of the company's development together.

  In the relay race of the Riyue career path, I am an unknown participant, but I will do my best on my own track, down-to-earth, and forge ahead. Taking a big view and starting with small things is a pragmatic realm, which allows us to have a clear understanding of the future in a fiercely competitive environment. As long as the road is right, we are not afraid of the distance. I will continue to work hard at my job with enthusiasm and actively face new challenges.

  For thirty years, we have every reason to be proud of all the achievements Riyue has made, and we have no reason to be complacent. In the past, we have lived up to these thirty years; it is full of insights and has accumulated the energy for our future journey. Sincere service and sincere treatment guide our way forward.

  In the past, some companies around us went bankrupt and laid off employees. Riyue did not shrink back but instead rose to the challenge.

  Governing a large country is like cooking small fish; using the Dao to govern the world, its ghosts are not mysterious. The same is true for enterprises. Cooking small fish means that the Dao is simple. Dao can be understood as rules and laws. We must be good at summarizing practical laws from objective reality, which is the core rule of unity and cohesion. I believe that taking responsibility, daring to take responsibility, not making excuses, and actively doing every single thing are our weapons of victory. In order to seek greater development, our new and old employees actively respond, each performing their duties, closely united, adhering to the principle of honesty, harmonious win-win, quality first, and reputation first, and facing the future together with the company.

  Learning is a belief. The more you learn, the higher you will stand, and the more you will see a more real, vast, and beautiful world. A person's life is a journey of learning. Riyue people constantly learn in one test after another, without any complaints, silently supporting, and making contributions to the company's bright future.

  Today is the common birthday of Riyue people and a grand event for all of us. Thirty years, like thirty years of life, we have a strong physique, and no difficulties or obstacles can stop our forward progress; dreams will fly with our efforts. I am honored to work with you all, and as the company develops, I continue to grow and improve. Thank you to all my colleagues, thank you for your support and understanding of my work. I am proud to be a part of it; this struggle has been worthwhile.

  The road is like a song, writing endless passionate years; the road is like a song, a thousand words cannot express the full feelings! Farewell to the past, we stand at a new starting point, looking to the future, Riyue people will create even more brilliant achievements.

  Qiu Qiaoyun: Children have birthdays every year, and September 28th is Riyue's birthday. This year is different from previous years; this year marks the 30th anniversary of Riyue's founding, a day of excitement and pride for Riyue people, and it has been a difficult journey!

  Thirty years is equivalent to half a lifetime. Riyue has gone through thirty years, developed for thirty years, and gradually achieved today's achievements. There are towering buildings, a Nanjing R&D branch, a modern multimedia conference room, our own processing center, our own canteen, our own parking lot, our own streams and bridges...These achievements embody the hard work of countless Riyue people and represent the results of their hard work and dedication. Therefore, we must cherish these achievements. In order to ensure the long-term continuation of this beauty, we cannot be complacent and must continue to strive. Only with the continuous development and growth of Riyue will our future have hope. The value of human life is to create value and achieve goals. Our goal is to do every single thing well, to be competent employees, to be qualified Riyue people, and to treat Riyue's affairs as our own. We do it for Riyue, and we do it for ourselves. With dreams, life has meaning. Fate has brought us together with Riyue, and we should be grateful, cherish our fate, cherish our blessings, and cherish our companionship. Choosing Riyue and walking with Riyue is the right choice.

  Secondly, we must thank the good times we live in, thank the harmonious and stable socialist society, thank the Riyue leadership for leading us to continuously explore and forge ahead, and for forging our own Riyue path.   Only ask about the cultivation, not the harvest. As long as you work hard, there will be a return. In any place, in any job, you must be patient, identify your goals, take action, have resilience, and do things seriously. People must move forward step by step; there are no shortcuts, only down-to-earth work. Although the road is long, it is not in vain. The purpose of growth is simple: to activate the present. Without living in the present and doing the current work well, there can be no growth of thousands of miles tomorrow. The foundation of success comes from doing every little thing well. Success is for those who are prepared and willing to pay.

  The director has repeatedly emphasized that veteran employees are Riyue's precious wealth. In order not to live up to this trust and expectation, we, as veteran employees of Riyue, should cherish it even more, work hard and steadily, lead by example, constantly urge ourselves to keep up with the times, keep up with the pace of Riyue's development, and not be eliminated by the times or by ourselves. The transformation process of any individual is from new to old. Only those who can persevere and laugh brilliantly to the end are the true victors. Being able to persevere in one's original intention must be because one has seen the dawn and is full of hope in Riyue. Moreover, we have developed deep feelings for the environment here, for this job, for the employees here, and for Riyue.

  This year marks the 30th anniversary of Riyue's founding. We are proud of Riyue's 30th anniversary, we are proud to be Riyue employees, we are proud to be veteran employees of Riyue, and we are even more proud that Riyue is our home.

  Yi Yi: September 28th is an ordinary day, but for every Riyue person, it is a special and memorable day, because on that day, Riyue turned thirty!

  Thirty years have passed in the blink of an eye. The company has grown from nothing to something, from small to large, from weak to strong. I've worked at the company for 21 years, sharing its laughter and tears, its growth and experiences. The past remains vivid and unforgettable.

  I remember in April 1997, when I first joined the company, there were only about ten people, occupying only three floors of an apartment building as the production line. Now, the company owns its own technology park, has over a hundred employees, and has established multiple offices, truly becoming a strong, technology-based enterprise.

  Twenty-one years ago, I was a naive and inexperienced young man when I started working. Now, I'm a middle-aged man with a wife and daughter. When I first joined, I worked in the calibration room, then moved to on-site technical debugging, mainly for weighing systems. Later, I transferred to Production Department 2 (now Instrument Factory 3) to be responsible for the production of circuit boards and instruments, gradually becoming the department head and moving into management. Then I joined the Technical Market Department (now the R&D Department), mainly responsible for the -6, YBC comprehensive testing instrument series, -8, -9 system efficiency testing instrument series, and LGB screw pump testing instrument series. Finally, I moved into sales and market development. My youth was spent with the company, and I have no regrets. In 20 years, I have strived, contributed, failed, and succeeded. Through the trials and tribulations, I have become stronger and more fearless. Looking back, I have gained experience, gratitude, and maturity, growing alongside the company.

  In my more than two decades with the company, I have learned not only technology and management, but also the company culture—a persistence, an accumulation, a legacy.

  On the occasion of the company's 30th anniversary, my thoughts are abundant. I have so much to say, but I don't know where to begin. I can only sincerely wish for a brighter future for the company and us all.

  Li Zhixiang: This year marks the 40th anniversary of Reform and Opening Up, and also the 30th anniversary of the company's founding. Reform and Opening Up have made our motherland prosperous and strong, and society has undergone tremendous changes. This great era is worth witnessing with all our hearts. In the spring of 2002, I joined the company. At that time, mechanical processing relied entirely on outsourcing, resulting in high processing costs, unreliable deadlines, and significant quality risks—a major bottleneck hindering the company's development. As the market expanded and demand increased, the company's senior management decisively established a machining center, introducing technology, talent, and purchasing used equipment. Through equipment upgrades, from electric welding, argon arc welding, plasma welding, wire cutting, CNC lathes to machining centers, a fully independent modern mechanical processing production line was formed to meet market demands. The company is constantly innovating and developing rapidly. I wish for an even brighter future for the company.

  Jiang Guanghou: The company is 30 years old, and I've been here for 16 years.

  I have witnessed the company's expansion from the old site to the technology park; I have also witnessed the development from the 1218 project, the country's first SM oilfield well remote monitoring and control system in 2003, to its current renowned reputation in PetroChina, Sinopec, and internationally; and I have witnessed the company's evolution from data transmission radio communication in 2003, CDMA and GPRS communication in 2004, SCDMA communication in 2005, Ethernet communication in 2006, the birth of 433M wireless sensors in 2007, the birth of solar energy wireless load displacement integrated sensors in 2008, the birth of well site RTU wireless one-to-many wellhead RTU in 2009, the birth of F8913 ZigBee wireless sensors in 2012, the birth of XBEE ZigBee wireless sensors in 2013, and the birth of GPRS remote communication solar energy load displacement integrated wireless sensors in 2014...

  I have witnessed and experienced the continuous growth and development of the company's scale, its continuous innovation and leadership in technology, and its growing reputation at home and abroad! Since the second half of 2016, the procurement of materials in Changqing Oilfield has changed from single-source negotiation to open bidding by integrated material suppliers. Various oilfields explicitly require that two materials, the SMD36DC angular displacement sensor and the SMA35GDDC-C load sensor, be purchased from our company. These are just a few examples. All of this is a testament to the people, history, stories, and brand of the company.

  The company's healthy 30-year journey is a result of the wise and far-sighted decisions of its leaders, the unity and win-win cooperation of its people, and the continuous enrichment and improvement of its culture and spirit!

  I have been with the company for 16 years. Since joining the company family in September 2002, I have experienced the 1218 project in Shengli Oilfield in 2002, the 0508 project in Shengli Oilfield in 2004, the Daqing Oilfield project in 2005, the Dagang Oilfield project in 2005, the Qinghai Oilfield project in 2006, the Jianghan Oilfield project in 2008, and the Changqing Oilfield project from 2009 to the present... I have served as a project manager, project commander, and business manager. From a recent graduate to an assembler, tester, technician, designer, engineer, project manager, business manager, and project commander in Instrument Factory 3, my journey of learning about life, technology, and management is vivid, and my youthful years shine brightly!

  Today, in Changqing Oilfield, the vast expanse of the Guanzhong Plain is filled with dust, the Loess Plateau stretches endlessly, with ravines and gullies. Rows of red pumping units operate tirelessly, adding vibrancy to this barren land. In 2010, the company became one of the three major suppliers of products for the Changqing digitalization project, participating in the wave of digital oil well construction, injecting technological blood and a digital soul into the oil wells here!

  Today, in Daqing Oilfield, the black land of Northeast China nurtures abundant resources. Lush trees, vast expanse, green grass, fresh air, and blue skies. Every time I go to the well site, I want to spread my arms and embrace the beautiful world. Seeing the employees here sitting in warm offices, they can know the real-time operating parameters of the pumping units with a simple click of the mouse, taking the "pulse" and "diagnosing" the oil wells. Digital oilfields bring joy to the front-line workers, making their work more beautiful.

  Today, in Jianghan Oilfield, the beautiful and rich Jianghan Plain, a beautiful rice-producing region by the river! Tall metasequoia trees and the quiet Tianguan River. The company's digital products have given the oil wells here technological wings. In October 19, 2010, the Ministry of Information Industry, CCTV, and other news media conducted a large-scale publicity special report on the "Digital City" China tour in Qianjiang.

  And also, the Qinghai Oilfield in the Gobi Desert, the Shengli Oilfield in the saline-alkali land at the mouth of the Yellow River, and the Liaohe Oilfield with its swaying reeds... One brilliant oil city after another rises from the ground, and the clarion call of digital oilfields echoes throughout China!

  Forging a glorious history and creating a bright future. The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly planned to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects by 2020, basically build a modernized country by 2035, and comprehensively build a strong, democratic, civilized, harmonious, and beautiful modern socialist country by 2050. China has gone from "standing up" to "getting rich" and is now moving towards "becoming strong"! A new era in China has arrived, and we have the confidence and ability to do better! As long as the people of Riyue remain true to their original aspirations, remember their mission, and strive for progress, rolling up their sleeves and working hard! In another 30 years, Riyue will surely be stronger and more powerful, and the lives of the Riyue people will surely be even better!

  Fang Guoqing: On the occasion of Riyue's 30th anniversary, after studying the director's article, I feel that it is not only about the achievements and honors of the past 30 years, but also should be transformed into a sense of responsibility and commitment to meet the challenges facing Riyue's future.

  Liu Guohua: On the occasion of the company's 30th anniversary, first of all, I wish the company prosperity and continued success!

  Over the past 30 years, Riyue has grown from small to large, and from weak to strong. Looking forward to the next 30 years or even longer, what more can we do for the company? That is, all work should be responsible to the company, to the leadership, and to ourselves, being dedicated and diligent, seeking truth and being pragmatic, and working together in unity.

  I. Keyword: Interdependence. We should regard ourselves as the masters of the enterprise, and the masters of the enterprise are highly conscious and responsible for everything in the enterprise, no matter how big or small. The chairman often says, "When the big river is full, the small rivers are also full; when the small rivers have no water, the big river dries up." This refers to the interdependent and complementary relationship between employees and the enterprise. As a member of the company, we must treat the company's development with a high sense of responsibility, firmly establishing the idea of participating in the company's development, which is ultimately for our own survival and competition. Accelerating the company's development is expanding our own development space. Our rights and obligations in the company are mutually unified, and the same is true for our gains and contributions. We should not only focus on how much money we earn, but also on how much work we have done and whether we have done it well. Only when each employee first thinks about what they can do for the company can the enterprise truly develop and progress, and ultimately guarantee that each employee earns money and earns more money.

  II. Keyword: Seizing the day. General Manager Chen mentioned in the meeting, "Ten thousand years is too long, we must seize the day." For the enterprise to develop, a sense of responsibility requires us to be more dedicated and diligent. Therefore, we need to first want to do things, second be able to do things, and third do things well. For us, wanting to do things is the ideal, being able to do things is the ability, and doing things well is our duty. Dedication is upholding the ideal, using ability, and fulfilling our duty. As the ancients said, "Excellence comes from diligence, while laziness leads to ruin." Procrastination and laziness will only lead you into the abyss of poverty, from which you cannot extricate yourself. So how should we avoid this? My answer is simple: eight words: Time and tide wait for no man, seize the day!

  III. Keyword: Opening up and forging ahead. Keeping up with the times, for the enterprise to develop, a sense of responsibility requires us to keep up with the times, get rid of all old burdens, and break all old ideas. We must constantly learn and improve ourselves, enriching ourselves, truly achieving the effect of "only the purest gold remains after the storm." We should closely tie our fate to the company's development. Only in this way can we ultimately develop, progress, and benefit together with the company.

  Ge Chunfang: Riyue has weathered storms and celebrated its 30th anniversary. What does Riyue's 30 years tell us? First, persistence. It is not difficult for an enterprise to do one thing well; the difficulty lies in doing one thing consistently for 30 years, which is to provide customers (users) with the most satisfactory products. Second, seriousness. The most fearful thing is the word "seriousness." For 30 years, Riyue people have insisted on taking every matter seriously. This is the most valuable thing about the Riyue spirit. Third, innovation. Falling behind means being eliminated. Riyue has won its current industry position through its own innovation. Fourth, struggle. Those who dare to struggle will win. An enterprise without a fighting spirit will not succeed. Daring to struggle means having the spirit to overcome all difficulties and all opponents.

  Quality first is Riyue's motto, and also the lifeblood of an enterprise. Currently, market competition ultimately boils down to quality competition. Only good quality can retain old customers and attract more new customers. Therefore, no matter what we do, we must demand perfection as if it were our own work, paying meticulous attention to detail and striving for excellence.

  Zhang Haiyun: On September 28, 2018, Riyue celebrated its 30th birthday. Over the years, watching Riyue grow bit by bit and advance step by step, as an old employee of the company, I feel truly excited and proud. I have been with Riyue for 16 years. Riyue has grown rapidly from a workshop-style production in a residential building to a modern factory with assembly lines. It is like a child growing up quickly, and I, as a recent graduate, have also made rapid progress and improvement on the platform provided by the company. I always feel that it is a kind of fate to grow together with Riyue.

  Over the years, many employees have come and gone from Riyue. As the saying goes, "only the purest gold remains after the storm." I chose to stay and develop, and I have always believed that my choice was correct. In the days to come, I will continue to firmly choose to walk alongside Riyue, and I will continue to tell myself that only through hard work can I see better scenery!

  Finally, I hope that our Gege team and various departments will unite and work together for a better tomorrow for Riyue, and I sincerely wish Riyue's development will get better year by year!

  Ma Xun: Rooney's Law: In a race, it's not necessarily the fastest who wins; in a fight, it's not necessarily the weakest who loses. Avoid arrogance and impatience; the one who laughs last is the true winner. Competition is a long-distance race. A temporary lead does not guarantee final victory, and a temporary setback does not mean permanent backwardness. If you work steadily and catch up, you will be the one who laughs last, and the one who laughs last is the winner. Haste makes waste. In life, impatience has become a frequently used word. Sometimes at work, impatience... The disadvantages of the habit of impatience are obvious. It will also make people restless, often living in anxiety. It will disrupt the normal order of people's lives, studies, and work, and often lead to mistakes in haste, affecting others, and ending in a whimper. Moreover, it will lead to undesirable results such as haste makes waste. Impatient people are easily angered.

  Yao Qibiao: Riyue Instrument Research Institute Co., Ltd. was established in 1988 and has been in existence for 30 years.

  Thirty years of wind and rain, overcoming obstacles; thirty years of diligent governance and hard work; thirty years of glorious achievements—this is the most true portrayal of the 30-year development of Riyue Instrument Research Institute Co., Ltd. In 30 years, Riyue Instrument Research Institute Co., Ltd. has used its own footsteps to create a history of arduous entrepreneurship, a history of self-reliance and perseverance, and a history of pioneering and enterprising development.

  The 30-year journey is full of the unremitting pursuit of several generations. Looking back from the 30th anniversary, the years that Riyue Instrument Research Institute Co., Ltd. has gone through have seen it grow from small to large, and from weak to strong. This is inseparable from the hard work and dedication of all employees of Riyue Instrument Research Institute Co., Ltd., embodying their wisdom and sweat.

  Thirty years of hard work and struggle, thirty years of glory and dreams, let us together review the hardships and joys of these thirty years, and together savor the fruits of labor watered by sweat and time.

  On this land full of hope and wonder, the official establishment of the Riyue Instrument Research Institute Co., Ltd. turned the first page of history and ushered in a heroic chapter of hard work and striving for excellence. Since then, the spirit of the Riyue people, striving day and night, has contributed their sincerity to the land of Xiyang, carrying their glory into the annals of history. Riyue Instrument Research Institute Co., Ltd. shines like a rising star.

  Wang Rui: Thirty years have passed in the blink of an eye. As a member of the company, I feel truly proud and gratified. Over these thirty years, the Riyue people have continuously undergone numerous tests through practice and learning, experiencing both flowers and applause, as well as criticism and blame. In this rapidly developing new era, they have persistently and tenaciously cultivated and sown, possessing unique competitive advantages in various professional fields.

  I joined the Riyue family in 2004, and it has been almost 15 years. As a witness to the company's development, I am happy. The company has given me the opportunity to learn and grow. During the company's rapid development, I have grown from a graduate student to a veteran employee of Riyue.

  In 2004, I joined Riyue and worked in Production Department 1, focusing on calibration and learning about sensors. In the second half of the year, I joined the R&D department, learning about oilfield instrument-related businesses under the guidance of Teacher Yi Yi. My first business trip that year was to Team 22 of Shengli Oilfield, where I worked with Chen Dang to learn how to calculate 380V power meters.

  In 2005, I participated in the R&D of the SM40YBC-9 system efficiency instrument. Under the guidance of Chen Dang and Yi Yi, I learned about Hioki electrical parameter instruments from Japan and systematically studied and deduced the power calculation and oilfield system efficiency formulas. That year, we won a bid for the sale of 80 sets of system efficiency instruments to the Xianhe Oil Production Plant of Shengli Oilfield. Through continuous learning and improvement, and combining theory with practice, I completed the production, debugging, on-site training, and on-site maintenance services for all 80 sets of system efficiency instruments.

  In 2006, I participated in the construction of the T82 project. My initial responsibility was to test some programs on-site during the T82 project. However, after the project manager was transferred, I was asked to lead the team and take overall responsibility for the T82 project. We completed the first phase, including on-site construction and project acceptance, followed by the second phase. The first phase was completed in summer, and the second phase in winter. The T82 project was located on the banks of the Yellow River; the summer was unbearably hot, with abundant fruits, while the winter was extremely cold. After a year of project experience, I can proudly say that I am very familiar with and passionate about this project from beginning to end. That year, Riyue awarded me a first-class engineering award.

  In 2007, I participated in the R&D of the SM40YBC-20, SM40YBC-30, and SM40YBC-F3 series oilfield instruments. The main users were Jilin Oilfield and Shengli Oilfield. The year was filled with R&D, business trips, and more R&D and business trips. In winter, I went to Songyuan, Jilin with Chen Hong to debug the SM40YBC-F3 instrument. That year, I also got married to Lu Lu, also an employee of Riyue.

  In 2008, the Beijing Olympics filled the country with excitement. I continued with my projects and work, participating in the wireless monitoring of natural gas well pressure and temperature and the power-free RTU project for Jilin Oilfield. The on-site construction took place in winter, and the system operated normally throughout the winter at low temperatures. On May 12, 2008, the Wenchuan earthquake occurred. Our company organized a donation activity, and Nanjing Chen and I arrived in Guanghan Town, Deyang, Sichuan on May 28. We participated in the R&D of the oil and gas well safety operation liquid level continuous monitoring and early warning system project for the Sichuan Gas Research Institute. That night, we experienced a magnitude 5.0 aftershock. Ultimately, we won the bid for the Sichuan Gas Research Institute's bidding work, completing their R&D and project establishment that year, ending the sales monopoly of similar testing products in the natural gas extraction industry that relied on foreign products for rent only.

  In 2009, I participated in the Jilin oil tank weighing system, the oil and gas well safety operation liquid level continuous monitoring and early warning system, the Shandong Shengli high-plateau screw pump diagnostic instrument project, and the Jilin wireless solar energy flow meter acquisition project. During a business trip to Jilin Oilfield, I was involved in a serious car accident, where our engineering van overturned and skidded over 80 meters. I still have scars on my arm from that accident. My relationship with Lu Guomin, Qiang Huijun, Li Xiaohua, and others from Jilin Oilfield deepened during this time.

  In 2010, the company promoted the Changqing Oilfield digital oilfield construction project. I participated in the SM40P-5000KB calibration instrument project. On the Loess Plateau of Shaanxi, Gansu, and Ningxia in the Changqing Oilfield, I worked with Jiang Guangh to calibrate the on-line load using dynamic power curves to calibrate and correct the fixed load on the well.

  In 2011, I participated in the Xinjiang Oilfield SM40YBC-50 digital wireless telemetry diagnostic instrument project, the Jilin Oilfield profile control pressure and flow wireless acquisition project, the Jilin Songyuan vehicle scale project, and the Tianjin Dagang Oilfield SM40 wireless oil well indicator diagram and liquid level ultrasonic echo testing system R&D and implementation work.

  In 2012, I participated in the LNG container pressure monitoring system project and completed the test project led by the Ministry of Railways, the natural gas transportation monitoring project from Golmud, Qinghai to Lhasa, Tibet. The transportation of LNG on high-altitude railways was a world first. To ensure transportation safety and obtain information about the inside of the tank during transportation, it was necessary to install intelligent pressure sensors and a pressure monitoring system for LNG tanks. This was to ensure the smooth implementation of the national key project. The project underwent six rounds of testing, with experts from various fields participating in the testing. At that time, I participated in the project with General Manager Li and Wu Liec, and the three of us were under tremendous pressure. Anrui Ke had high expectations for us, and the project could not fail. In the high-altitude area, 24-hour uninterrupted monitoring of the equipment was required. The three of us worked in shifts, guarding the monitoring computer 24/7. Entering the Tibet region and crossing the Tanggula Mountains, I experienced altitude sickness. With the help of oxygen, I adjusted my body, and Wu Liec helped to monitor the computer. The three of us endured hardships, laughed, and traveled back and forth on the Tibet railway line six times, finally completing the project acceptance. Our monitoring project's data was complete, winning praise from Anrui Ke users. This project was truly a case of feeling our way forward, with risks and unknowns that we explored step by step.

  In 2013, I participated in the Ministry of Water Resources research and development project --- Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute sediment weighing project, and participated in the Shandong Shengli Gudong Oilfield SM33WX hydraulic sensor + SM40YBC-80 instrument + SMJ07 wellhead connector project. Due to the large size and urgency of the project, many departmental resources were mobilized at that time. I remember clearly that 4 employees from the R&D department and 4 employees from Factory 1, a total of 8 people, worked together in a small room on the second floor of the old building for a whole month, completing more than 80 SM33WX hydraulic sensors. We worked with oil every day, and I could still smell the hydraulic oil on my hands when I ate steamed buns at night. The SM40YBC-80 instrument was fully responsible for by Nie Xiaoyan and Xia Baoyong from Instrument Factory 3. Four of us were responsible for delivery. We even encountered heavy fog on the Shandong Expressway, almost causing an accident. Ultimately, we completed the on-site delivery and 3 years of post-maintenance work on time. The 3 years of post-maintenance work also accumulated a lot of independent maintenance experience.

  In 2014, the Shengli Sihua early-stage experimental project began. We developed a full series of oil well acquisition sensors, including wireless pressure, wireless temperature, wireless load, wireless angular displacement, wireless dead-point switch, and wireless temperature and pressure integration. Comrade Yang Shunli stayed on-site for three years. I mainly assisted with the pressure and temperature R&D projects and products such as the wireless dead-point switch. We lived together in a small hotel, working on-site maintenance every day, leading busy lives.

  In 2015, the Shengli Sihua project officially started. We won the bid for a full series of oil well acquisition sensors, including wireless pressure, wireless temperature, wireless load, wireless angular displacement, wireless dead-point switch, and wireless temperature and pressure integration. This led to the entire institute producing Shengli Sihua products. Under the leadership of General Manager Chen, we hired temporary workers and college students for comprehensive production. Due to tight deadlines and heavy workloads, there were problems with product quality control and design. We encountered a series of problems, but we persevered and found ways to overcome the challenges of fulfilling the contract, ultimately completing this large-scale production task.

  In 2016, large-scale construction of the Shengli Sihua project took place on-site. We provided on-site maintenance and after-sales service, and all production and R&D revolved around Shengli Sihua products. We also worked on several customer products, including "Beijing Zhongyou Ruifei," "Wuxi Shilian Screw Pump," "Shengli Sihua Pressure Calibration Stand," and "Shengli Sihua Online Calibration Industry Standard" projects and products.

  In 2017, I went to Zhejiang with General Manager Chen from Bengbu and Zhang Yan to finalize the temperature calibration stand and the Beijing Yadang screw pump Xinjiang project. We focused on the pressure, temperature, and displacement series required by various sales personnel, carrying out comprehensive pre-design, production, and maintenance work. In March, I received notice from the leadership to transfer to Instrument Factory 3 as the production plant manager. My main work focused on the production of oilfield products, including pre-planning and design, and post-product fault maintenance. During my time at Instrument Factory 3, I transitioned to a management position, which was significantly different from my previous R&D role. I also felt the pressure and awe of management positions.

  In 2018, a group of 8 people, including General Manager Chen from Bengbu, went to Hefei University of Commerce to study "Tenfold Growth Performance Management," which was a profound experience. Later, we studied the "Amoeba Model." Through the tempering of management positions and studies at Hefei University of Commerce, I understood the difficulties of management. In June, in the main building lobby, the company leadership reshuffled personnel in Factories 2 and 3. Li Xin became the production plant manager of Instrument Factory 3. I completed more than a year in a management position. After three months of mentoring, I returned to the R&D department in September. During this time, I also completed the "Wireless Weighing Torque Speed Explosion-proof Certificate," "Wireless Pressure Temperature Explosion-proof Certificate," "Wireless Load Displacement Explosion-proof Certificate," "Wired Temperature Explosion-proof Certificate," "Wired Pressure Explosion-proof Certificate," and the explosion-proof certificate and CMC type test project with a Tianjin company. I focused on the pressure, temperature, and displacement series required by various sales personnel. I also took on the Wu Hongjun Shengli Drilling project. In the second half of the year, I mainly focused on sales projects from sales managers and mentoring new process personnel at Instrument Factory 3.

  Looking back at Riyue's history, it was initially very small, like a newborn baby. It started by having other factories process parts, assembling them itself, and then finding others to sell them. Gradually, Riyue established its own precision processing workshop and assembly production line, and formed its own marketing team. Later, Riyue established its own processing center and brand, with customers actively seeking us out to sign contracts and order products. Riyue's buildings also rose one after another.   A few days ago, CCTV broadcast a TV series "The Most Beautiful Youth", which tells the story of several college students in the early 1960s who, responding to the national call, went to the Saihanba Forest Farm, a desert area, to carry out the initial afforestation, wind prevention and sand fixation, and reduce the harm of sandstorms to Beijing. Feng Cheng, the first college student to go to Saihanba, left a deep impression on me and moved me deeply. He stayed alone on the farm for three years, without anyone to talk to. The loneliness alone is unbearable for ordinary people. Not to mention the wild wolves roaming the desert at night. What kind of belief could have enabled him to persevere? It was because he firmly believed in his heart: I must plant trees, I must turn Saihanba into a beautiful forest. Because two hundred years ago, it was once an imperial hunting ground, with forests and rivers, very beautiful. It was because of his three years of persistence (although he didn't plant a single tree) that influenced a later batch of college students to come to Saihanba and take root there. Although the natural conditions were extremely harsh and difficult, with winter temperatures plummeting to minus forty degrees Celsius, with food shortages and even loss of life, they did not retreat but persisted in their beliefs. Encouraged by Feng Cheng's spirit, they persevered and succeeded. By 2017, the forest coverage rate of Saihanba had reached over 90%, and it has now become a national forest park. How incredible, a desert turned into a forest, all thanks to their persistence.   Liu Changshan: Studying the director's article has further strengthened my belief in Riyue culture, urging me to continue working hard, diligently, to repay Riyue, and to present a gift for Riyue's 30th anniversary.

  Wu Jishui: This year marks the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening up, and also the 30th anniversary of Riyue's establishment. China has undergone earth-shaking changes, and Riyue is also different from what it used to be. When I first arrived at Riyue, it was just a residential building by the Long March Road. Now, it has become a science and technology park with several buildings in the development zone. Every time customers come to Riyue for exchanges, they are moved and shocked by our achievements. Even Manager Meng from the Daqing Riyue office, who frequently returns to Riyue, says, "Every time I come back, there are changes." These changes were all achieved after the 2008 financial tsunami, when the overall economic environment was not good. The reason why we have achieved such good results is because we are guided by Riyue culture and have a large number of hardworking and selfless Riyue employees who have worked tirelessly.

  I have been with Riyue for 13 years, almost half of Riyue's age. In 2005, when I first arrived at Riyue, I found it to be another world. The knowledge I learned in school was far from practical application. To adapt to the environment, I had to study hard. From my first project to my first business trip, each time I started from scratch, like a primary school student. I encountered many setbacks, and sometimes even thought about giving up. Every time I went on a business trip, the director would talk to me, encourage me, and tell me that there would certainly be difficulties ahead, but I must find ways to overcome and solve them. His words gave me more confidence to continue. Riyue's leadership cares for its employees, which is also part of Riyue's culture. The achievements I have made today are inseparable from the cultivation of Riyue's leadership.

  By 2008, I had adapted to my work. That year marked the 20th anniversary of Riyue's establishment, and the first building of the Riyue Science and Technology Park was put into use. Riyue's development has been moving forward without stopping. The 20th-anniversary celebration was lively and we were full of confidence in the future. In 2012, all employees moved into the industrial park, and Riyue also had its own canteen, which was convenient for employees, especially those who lived far away. At the New Year celebration in 2013, the company awarded 8 cars, and I received one. This was something I never expected, and it shows the leadership's trust in me, exceeding my expectations. This may be the reason why the director often says, "Three points talent, seven points utilization."

  In the blink of an eye, Riyue is 30 years old, and the fourth building of the Riyue Science and Technology Park is nearing completion. A complete science and technology park is about to be presented to us. As an old employee who has witnessed Riyue's growth, I am incredibly proud. In its 30th year, Riyue, like me, has reached the age of 30. After so many years of cultural accumulation, Riyue has become more mature, with a strong vitality to resist potential future risks. We are full of confidence in Riyue's future, and Riyue's culture will continue to improve itself to solve current problems, rather than remaining unchanged.   Zhang Zhuanhua: My connection with Riyue began in 2005. I remember the first time I met Chairman Chen Mingye; it was in the lecture hall of the University Town campus of Anhui Electronic Information Vocational and Technical College, accompanied by Director Chen Minghua. The chairman's powerful description of Riyue's future blueprint and introduction of Riyue's technological strength attracted many students to listen, and I remember the entire classroom was full.

  So, in the second semester of 2005, I signed up for the Bengbu Riyue class—the "Riyue Whampoa Military Academy." The school organized professional teachers to teach theoretical knowledge in the field of automated control. There were about 40 students in this class.

  In early 2006, all the students from the Riyue class reported to Bengbu Riyue. At that time, I could not have known that I would dedicate my youth to a company called Bengbu Riyue, nor could I have imagined that I would share the joys and sorrows with it for such a long time.

  When I first joined the company, there were nearly 30 classmates from the same period. Gradually, my classmates from the Riyue class left, and now, from that Riyue class, only I remain. But I consider myself fortunate. More than a decade of companionship; the company is like family to me. My family often jokes, "You've sold yourself to Riyue!" Yes, most of my joys, worries, and sorrows stem from this job, from this place that brings me both happiness and concern!

  Here, I have experienced countless important and unforgettable moments: from a production line worker to a member of the R&D department's oilfield team, from a member of the R&D department's oilfield team to the head of the oilfield team, undertaking important responsibilities for the company and receiving the deep affection of the company's leaders; from a technically naive technician to a sales manager who travels extensively, gaining the recognition of users; from a young man to a man who leads his bride to the altar, has his own child, buys his own house, and builds his own family, all within Riyue.

It has not been easy to develop to where we are today, overcoming countless difficulties. My spiritual strength comes from the path of Riyue. Deviating from this path may lead to a deviation from our policies, a decline, and a loss of employee morale and passion, resulting in decreased productivity and significantly impacting Riyue's future development.

  In recent years, the company's product sales have declined by 37% annually, with sales decreasing year by year.
