　　At the end of August 2018, I returned to the headquarters in Bengbu to give a work report. On the afternoon of the 30th, I met the old director at the Riyue Science and Technology Park. I felt very cordial. The old man held my hand and said that September 28th was the 30th anniversary of Riyue Company, and the third volume of "Riyue's Road" would also be published at the same time. He wants to present all the old employees and those who have contributed to the 30-year development of Riyue Company in the third issue of "Riyue's Road". He specifically instructed me to write my own "Riyue's Road."

　　After receiving the task, I felt both honored and emotional. I picked up my pen and put it down again, with a thousand thoughts and ideas, not knowing where to start. I have been busy with the wintering experiment of the Hailar oil field in September after returning, so I delayed this matter. Today (September 25th), I received a call from Yi Yi saying that the old man wants you to submit your manuscript quickly. I was startled and hurried back to the office of Daqing Riyue branch, didn't even have lunch, and came to write this "My Riyue's Road." It's not very organized, I can only share some past events, some fragments, some old friends, and old colleagues with everyone, and that will be my Riyue's Road. I'm sorry, old director, I'm really not just dealing with it.

　　Keyword 1: Li Jian, Jiang Guanghou, Oil Production Plant 2, 378,000

　　In the spring of 2005, in the second mine of Daqing Oilfield's Oil Production Plant 2, a digital oilfield experiment was to be conducted, and Bengbu Riyue was given two wells. The company sent Li Jian and Jiang Guanghou to Daqing to guide Meng Qingdong and others from the Daqing branch.

　　We drove a Jetta (black AF4967) and rushed to the well site early in the morning and late at night. Because the personnel of the Daqing branch didn't know anything at the beginning, Jiang Guanghou led us and trained us from installation to debugging, using practical training, and after 5 months of trial operation, we trained the on-site staff of the Daqing company, enabling us to go from knowing nothing about oilfield operations to finally being able to complete tasks independently.

　　On September 9, 2005, the Daqing Oilfield Science and Technology Development Department was responsible for organizing the bidding, and the subject was 15 single wells in a metering room of team 7, zone 4, mine 2 of plant 2. At that time, the companies participating in the bidding also included: Beijing Ankong and Jinan Xinji. After three rounds of fierce bidding, our company won the bid with a price of 378,000. Both the commercial bid and the technical bid were ranked first!! Li Jian and I finally released the joy and excitement suppressed in our hearts when we left the bidding site, and hugged each other tightly. We clenched our fists and shouted to the sky!! That scene is still vivid in my mind.

　　After winning the bid in mid-September 2005, we started the construction process of the digital project of Oil Production Plant 2. We ate and lived together in mine 2 of plant 2. During this period, there were several scenes that still excite me to this day.

　　Scene 1: One day when the project had just started, Chen Dang and I were laying cables on top of the well house when we suddenly received a phone call: the project in plant 2 was expanding, and the bid directly increased to more than 1 million. Chen Dang and I jumped up and shouted on the roof of the house. The brothers below the well house looked at the two crazy people on the roof in astonishment... Hahaha

　　Scene 2: In the hot summer sun, the temperature on the pumping unit was 30 to 40 degrees. Jiang Guanghou stayed there for several hours without coming down, no matter how you urged him, he would not come down until the work was finished. Also on the pumping unit, Jiang Guanghou received a call from home, his wife was about to give birth, and he needed to rush back to Bengbu immediately, but at that time the transportation was not so developed, it was impossible to go back immediately, he cried on the oil well, and we cried with him under the wellhead...

　　Winning the bid in Daqing Oil Production Plant 2 allowed Bengbu Riyue to enter the Daqing oilfield market and also started my Riyue's Road.

　　In 2006, we completed the wireless remote transmission project of Property 1 and Property 3; in 2007, we completed the digital oil wells of part of Oil Production Plant 7, mine 4 and Oil Production Plant 5; in 2008, we completed the construction of more than 130 digital oilfields in mine 2 of Oil Production Plant 3., and at the same time entered the Liaohe oilfield.

　　A large number of engineers from Bengbu Riyue came to support Daqing during the implementation of these projects. They are: Jiang Guanghou, Wang Rui, Chen Dang, Yao Qibiao, Du Biao, Shen Mingcheng, Wang Dexi, Wu Jishui, Chen Hong, Zhang Zhuanhua, Yang Shunli, etc.

　　At that time, the implementation cycle of the projects was relatively long, spanning the whole year, requiring us to withstand severe cold and scorching heat. It was really "winter training in the severe cold and summer training in the scorching heat." In winter, these partners from the south truly felt what the northern winter is like, what severe cold is; in summer, they found that the northern summer is even hotter than the south, and the mosquitoes are also super-sized, not only big, but also numerous, in a short while, a small group can be eliminated; and the big radishes next to the well site, one weighs about 10 kilograms... It's actually sweet when you eat it! Right? Chen Dang.

　　The most memorable thing was that we encountered an earthquake, which scared my brothers. For safety, we set up a beer bottle in the open space in the house and comforted everyone, saying that if they heard a sound of falling, they should run out. Hahaha, it's funny to think about it now, run, is it still in time?

　　The scenes at that time were like a movie, flashing one after another in my mind. I remember each of you deeply, and every time I think of you, a warm current surges in my heart.

　　Keyword 2: Old director, Li Jian

　　In 2006, we took on a project from the Daqing Oilfield Property Company to use Xiaolingtong to achieve transparent flow transmission. This work had not even been done by the Xiaolingtong manufacturer, and the difficulty can be imagined. During the specific operation, Li Jian and I had a fierce argument. In a fit of anger, I got on a plane and went to Bengbu without thinking, directly seeking an explanation from the old director.

　　When I arrived in Bengbu, I was still angry and ready to have a big argument. When I arrived at the office and ignored Li Jian, an elder came in, with silver hair, gentle and elegant, kind and warm. His gaze was like a gentle breeze and rain, instantly reducing my anger by more than half... When I walked out of the director's office, I felt like I was bathed in spring breeze, deeply attracted and impressed by the old director's personal charm. In the old director, I saw the knowledge, wisdom, and tolerance of the older generation of intellectuals.

　　In the old director, I saw the essence of Riyue's corporate culture. The old director gave me too much, too much, and it still deeply influences me to this day.

　　Later, when I saw "Riyue's Road," I seemed to see the old director.

　　Keyword 3: Li Jian, Chen Hong, Zhang Zhuanhua, Baijiantan, Dongfangshuo

　　Li Jian! Yes! Li Jian again. Back then, the two of us worked together, it was a perfect match! We boasted that as long as we two made a move, we would be invincible! Hahaha, no more modesty.

　　In 2008, Li Jian and I successfully developed the Liaohe Oilfield. In cooperation with Liaohe Oilfield Communication Industry, we implemented projects in Jinzhou Oil Production, Naiman Banner, involving more than 100 wells. After that, we moved to the Karamay Oilfield No. 2 Oil Production Plant in Xinjiang, located in Baijiantan, Karamay.

　　When we first arrived in Xinjiang, we were unfamiliar with the place. Besides witnessing the vastness of our motherland, we truly learned what 'massive' means! I thought I had a good capacity for alcohol, but the first meal knocked us both out, leaving us sprawled on the floor, babbling nonsense. Nobody could stand it! Every meal was a whole jin of Yili Special liquor!

　　Despite this, Li Jian and I, with our dedication to work and confidence in the products, finally secured this project.

　　The specific implementers of the project were Chen Hong, Zhang Zhuanhua, Xu Yile, and the four of us.

　　The vast Gobi Desert was unbearably hot, while Xinjiang's mutton skewers were mouthwatering...

　　Because Xinjiang has a two-hour time difference from mainland China, every night after dinner, at 12 o'clock, it was equivalent to 10 o'clock in our time. Chen Hong and I shared a room, and CCTV-11 happened to be broadcasting the TV series "Dongfang Shuo". This show brought us endless joy, causing our neighbor Zhang Zhuanhua to repeatedly knock on the wall and ask: "What are you two laughing about? Your laughter is deafening!" Hahaha, that's when I remembered an actor: Jin Dong.

　　Keyword 4: Riyue Science and Technology Park

　　From 2005 to the present, I have accompanied leaders from Daqing and Liaohe Oilfields to Bengbu headquarters for inspections many times. From the initial residential buildings to the current 50-acre Riyue Science and Technology Park, Riyue has its own office buildings, machining workshops, etc. I have witnessed the growth and development of Bengbu Riyue. Whenever I see the admiring gazes and trusting eyes of our guests, my sense of pride wells up.

　　Keyword 5: Chen Dang, Artwork

　　I remember in 2005, at Daqing Oil Production Plant No. 2, because we were just starting to do oilfield digitalization, the oilfield unit had very high requirements for the construction progress. They also wanted to see what it would look like after large-scale digitalization of single wells, so I kept urging everyone to speed up. At that time, we had work summary meetings every night. At the meetings, Chen Dang and I were always on opposite sides. I demanded faster progress, while Chen Dang always insisted on pursuing excellence. A phrase he said I still remember to this day: "I want to create a work of art—to complete each well and each metering room like a work of art." At the time, I didn't think much of it, but after the project was completed and several years had passed, through continuous customer feedback, I realized that Chen Dang was right. It was his strict requirements that reduced a lot of trouble in our after-sales service later on, and our standardized construction received unanimous praise from customers. This project had a huge impact in Daqing at the time and won a national industrial award. At that time, various departments of various oil production plants in Daqing Oilfield came to visit, as did leaders from other oilfields. In order to welcome the continuous stream of visitors, the No. 2 Mine of Oil Production Plant No. 2 specially trained a beautiful woman to be responsible for explaining this project. Wang Yupeng, the then general manager of Daqing Oilfield and current Minister of Emergency Management, led several visits. This project also played a role in Wang Yupeng becoming an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

　　Keyword 6: Chen Hong, Advanced Nature

　　In 2006, we were doing transparent stream transmission business for property. For the Xiaolingtong company itself, this function was also the first time it was implemented. I went to Nanjing to discuss with Chen Hong, and he said that this function could be implemented. Through continuous communication between Chen Hong and Xinwei's technical personnel, and with great effort in research and development, we were the first in the country to implement transparent stream transmission for Xiaolingtong. Daqing users gave us very high praise, fully recognizing the strength of our Riyue company, and laying a solid technical foundation for our future business development in Daqing Oilfield.

　　Keyword 7: Yi Yi, Thoughtful and Considerate

　　Whenever customers visited the headquarters, I needed to communicate with Yi Yi in advance. Every time, he would meticulously arrange the visitors, the content of the visit, and the itinerary, forming a document and sending it to me. From vehicles and accompanying personnel to every meal, every aspect was arranged properly according to the schedule. Every time, we ensured that customers left happy and satisfied.

　　Keyword 8: The Riyue Road

　　I forget which year it was, but when I returned to Bengbu, I saw the book "The Riyue Road." When I got it, I felt like I had found a treasure. Not only were there photos of me accompanying leaders on project visits, but more importantly, it allowed me to understand the essence of Riyue. No matter where I go, I say I am the person in charge of the Bengbu Riyue Daqing branch, because in my heart, I am already a Riyue person.

　　When I accompanied oilfield leaders back to Bengbu, I always asked Li Jian and Yi Yi to prepare several copies of "The Riyue Road." I also brought them back to Daqing to give to my clients. Because I believe that "The Riyue Road" is Bengbu Riyue, and Bengbu Riyue is in "The Riyue Road." When they see "The Riyue Road," they see Bengbu Riyue. "The Riyue Road" contains something about Bengbu Riyue that I cannot describe in any language. "The Riyue Road" is fuller and more three-dimensional.

　　The facts proved me right. In 2014, when I accompanied the leaders of Daqing Oil Company to Bengbu, they explicitly asked me to bring "The Riyue Road" back for them. Four years later, when I saw the leaders who had visited, they still told me that "The Riyue Road" made them even more convinced of Bengbu Riyue, and it was the old director of Bengbu Riyue who made them believe in Bengbu Riyue.

　　"The Riyue Road" must continue to be compiled!

　　"The Riyue Road" is the corporate culture of Bengbu Riyue. "The Riyue Road" contains the roots of Bengbu Riyue! "The Riyue Road" contains the soul of Bengbu Riyue!

　　Keyword 9: ...Keyword N

　　It is each of the above keywords, and the N keywords I haven't mentioned, that have forged Riyue's rigorous work style, pragmatic work attitude, and adherence to technological advancement and reliability. This has resulted in Riyue producing authoritative products with an excellent reputation throughout the country and the industry. Among them, the load displacement sensors produced by Riyue are used by many mainstream manufacturers in the national digital oilfield field, purchasing tens of thousands of sets annually from Riyue, with a very high market share.

　　Bengbu Riyue has gone through 30 years, and I have spent 14 of those years with Bengbu Riyue. Through understanding, comprehension, tolerance, and integration, I have become a true and thorough Riyue person. Every keyword mentioned above, every Riyue person, has become an indispensable part of my life, leaving a solid and beautiful mark on my life, forming my Riyue journey. Every bit of the 14 years with Riyue has been integrated into my blood. Fellow Riyue people, I wish we can be colleagues for life, and friends for life.

　　Although the current social environment and background are not very favorable to Riyue, a company that diligently works in manufacturing and earnestly engages in technology, and Riyue itself is undergoing enterprise upgrading and transformation, facing numerous difficulties. But I firmly believe that with Riyue's 30 years of accumulation and relying on the corporate culture formed over 30 years, as long as the roots of our company remain and the soul of our company remains intact, Riyue will surely emerge from the clouds and continue its brilliance.

　　14 years is neither short nor long. I am willing to continue walking with Riyue, looking forward to a brighter future for Riyue!
