Digitalized inter-valve group measurement and control scheme for Changqing Oilfield cluster wells
1. If the SM40P-5000KB-F type valve group collector is used with wireless transmission mode to the RTU, the on-site trenching, pipe laying, and wiring can be omitted, resulting in extremely low construction costs. 2. The SM40P-5000KB-F type valve group collector adopts a wall-mounted installation, making it convenient and quick to disassemble and install. 3. If a protocol box has already been installed in the valve group area, the 485 bus connection well site RTU mode can be selected, which involves more trouble in trenching and wiring. If there is no protocol box, only the SM40P-5000KB-F type valve group collector can be installed; one of the two must be chosen. 4. The SM40P-5000KB-F type valve group collector can be externally connected to communication equipment such as CDMA/GPRS/SCDMA to directly transmit data to the station control center without an intermediary well site RTU, suitable for single-well "one-to-one" remote monitoring. 5. The well site RTU mentioned in this article is suitable for well site monitoring. For the RTU, well groups within a 300-meter line-of-sight radius can be considered as one well site. That is, one RTU manages multiple oil wells and valve groups within one well site, i.e., the "one-to-many" mode. Only one RTU and one set of communication equipment are needed for one well site, resulting in relatively low comprehensive costs.
Digital wellsite (group) monitoring solution for Changqing Oilfield model
As shown in the system architecture above, this system uses RTUs as an intermediary bridge to implement a three-tier hierarchical monitoring network for individual wells, well sites, and station control. For RTUs, a group of wells within a 300-meter visual radius can be considered a well site. (1) Single-well monitoring: Each oil well is equipped with a production profile data collector and various well parameter sensors to monitor single-well data, which is uploaded to the well site RTU via local SMSF wireless communication. (2) Valve group monitoring: A protocol converter is installed to measure data and upload it to the RTU via a 485 bus, or an SM40P-5000KB-F type valve group data collector is installed to measure data and upload it to the well site RTU via local SMSF wireless communication. (3) Well site monitoring: Each well site is equipped with an RTU to monitor all oil wells and injection valve groups within the well site.
Oilfield well performance chart liquid level testing system
Indicator: Generally composed of a load sensor, a displacement sensor (or a combined load and displacement sensor), an industrial control computer, an LCD display, and a wireless module, it is a specialized metering instrument used in the oilfield to measure the efficiency of pumping units. Liquid Level Gauge: Generally composed of a wellhead connector, an industrial control computer, an LCD display, and a dual-channel signal processing module, it is a specialized metering instrument used in the oilfield to measure the distance from the wellhead to the liquid level in the annular space between the tubing and casing when the pumping unit is operating stably. Currently, our company's SM40YBC-20 instrument is compatible with both "indicator" and "liquid level gauge" functions. Paired with the SMJ07 wellhead connector and SMD33WX, SMD35WX, SMD38WX, and SM4 load and displacement sensors, it forms a comprehensive oilfield instrument testing instrument. It has been used in many oilfield units in China and is a basic instrument for oil well diagnosis in oilfield units.
Coalbed methane well drainage solutions for the coal industry
In the production process of coalbed methane wells, an echo meter is usually used to monitor the changes in the annulus liquid level, and the stable and continuous pressure reduction is achieved by controlling the liquid level drop speed. At present, the commonly used echo meters are designed based on the oil and gas well liquid level determination, and there are many problems in their application to coalbed methane wells. The particularity of coalbed methane production requires that it has the test performance of shallow liquid level, high precision, and anti-interference, and also has a safe sound source and an intuitive liquid level data management system. The SM40YBC-20 coalbed methane well liquid level testing instrument developed for the characteristics of coalbed methane production better meets these needs.
